Create and Assign Multiple Copilot Personalities
Soon, you’ll be able to save and reuse fully personalized Copilot settings, packaged into unique Copilot personalities. Each personality can include a custom name, communication tone, sourcing and screening strategies, and key details about your company context. You might create one Copilot persona for high-skill maintenance roles, another for fast-moving production jobs, and a third for jobs in specific geographic areas.
When posting a new role, you can simply assign one of your existing Copilot personalities. All preferences will apply automatically. No more resetting tone, targeting criteria, or screening logic every time you post a job.
This is a major step toward making Copilot feel like a true member of your team. It’s not just a tool. It’s a team of recruiters that work the way you do, with messaging and targeting strategies that reflect the standards set when your company onboards a new recruiter.

Stay on Top of Candidate Conversations with the New Activity Feed
Hiring teams often tell us that one of the biggest risks in the recruiting process is a missed message. Whether it's a candidate replying late at night or someone responding to an older role, opportunities slip through the cracks when recruiters are managing conversations across dozens of job postings.
That’s why we’re introducing a new Activity Feed. This centralized notification panel will show you all important candidate activity in one place. You’ll be able to see unread replies and take action immediately without jumping back and forth between jobs.
It’s a simple shift that helps you stay organized, reduce missed connections, and maintain momentum with qualified candidates at every stage of your process.

More ATS Functionality, Less Platform Hopping
For our customers who rely on ATS integrations, we know your priority is reducing the number of places your team needs to log in. In this cycle, we’re expanding how FactoryFix works behind the scenes to make it easier to keep jobs flowing while maintaining visibility and control.
Most notably, customers will now be able to activate FactoryFix jobs directly from their ATS by placing a simple hashtag in the job description. That means no need to log in to FactoryFix just to publish a role. We’re also addressing several key friction points, including duplicate applications, scoring delays, and mismatched location data.
These changes allow your team to continue living in your ATS while still getting the full sourcing, screening, and matching value that FactoryFix provides. The less time you spend managing platforms, the more time you can spend engaging the right candidates.
