Setting up interviews typically requires an average of 6-8 messages between recruiter, hiring manager, and candidate to align schedules and confirm details. Even after your AI team has found and screened great candidates, recruiters waste hours coordinating schedules. Hiring managers get pulled into coordination conversations. We're introducing automated interview scheduling handled entirely by your AI recruiters. Once activated, they'll connect with your Google, Outlook, or Apple calendar, check your real-time availability, and coordinate interviews directly with candidates. For teams without connected calendars, scheduling preferences and time windows will guide the AI's suggestions.
You'll be able to customize automation rules by job, define when interviews should be scheduled (such as after a certain star rating), choose default formats, and set whether final approval is required before booking.
Combined with everything your AI team already does (sourcing active and passive talent, conducting dynamic screening conversations, and evaluating qualifications), this completes the automation loop. Manual scheduling will always be available, but now it won't slow things down.

Creating, assigning, and customizing your AI recruiters is getting a major usability upgrade.
You’ll be able to:
- Create new AI recruiters directly from the job posting flow
- Add company-specific context to guide candidate conversations
- Search and filter your AI recruiter library more easily
- Manage assignments through a centralized dashboard
You can also choose whether any setting changes apply to future jobs only or to current assignments as well. It’s a flexible, intuitive way to manage how AI supports your team.
And with new job-level visibility and real-time activity updates, you’ll know exactly who is working on which jobs and what progress is being made.

Candidate View Tracking: Eliminate the Guesswork
We’re laying the groundwork to help teams track which candidate profiles have been viewed, by whom, and when.
This capability is designed to help your team:
- Avoid reviewing the same candidate more than once
- Stay aligned without needing verbal check-ins
- Focus attention where it’s needed most
We’ll begin by logging view activity in the background, capturing which users open which applications and when. This data will support future reporting and new insights in the Performance Dashboard, such as application engagement rates and team activity trends.
In future cycles, we plan to introduce visual indicators within the FactoryFix interface to make this activity easier to see at a glance. Each view will be tracked per user and per job, so if a candidate applies to more than one role, teams will see a fresh, unviewed profile in each new context.
Instant Passive Outreach
Timing is everything when it comes to hiring, especially with passive talent. That’s why we’ve accelerated the start of AI outreach.
As soon as a job goes live, your AI recruiter will begin identifying and contacting relevant passive candidates, often within minutes. You’ll see this activity reflected in real time inside the Candidates tab, giving you immediate visibility into how your search is progressing.
This update makes it easier to fill your pipeline quickly and take action before competitors do.

Alongside these feature updates, we’re rolling out dozens of smaller enhancements to improve speed, clarity, and usability throughout the platform. Many of these upgrades are behind the scenes, but the results will show in a smoother, more intuitive experience.
